Established by the Hyderabad Relief and Rehabilitation Trust, Osmania Hospital in Karachi has provided free healthcare to deserving patients and affordable care to low- and middle-income families for three quarters of a century. HFUSA funds free care, infrastructure, and free medical and eye camps in lower Sindh.
